After the initial onboarding you'll be presented with payment options. Also each time you'll try to access the premium content or your personal study plan you will encounter the same payment screen.
From there you can choose between 2 different options: Lifetime access (paid once) or a monthly subscription, which comes with a free 3-day trial to try our app without a charge. After you're finished with preparing for the exam you can cancel the subscription.
We propose a monthly subscription, which means that you'll be charged each month if you don't cancel the subscription. After the paid period is over you'll lose the access to the premium content yet all your progress will be saved. You'll be able to continue from where you've stopped anytime.
If you buy a lifetime access you'll have the access to the premium content forever and the recurring charges won't apply to you.
Mapola is not processing your payments and we don't have the access to your payment information so you don't have to contact us with such request. Instead, if you initiated the subscription on your iOS device please follow these steps to cancel the subscription from your phone:
1. Open the Settings app (the one with gears on the icon)
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you initiated the subscription in your web browser currently you'd need to write us an email with a cancellation request.
We believe that the refund should be initated in case the user encountered a technical issue or the provided content was not correct.
If you initiated the subscription on your iOS device, we're not processing your payments and we don't have access to your payment information. In case of a technical issue the refund should be requested directly from Apple, which acts as a payment processor:
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
If the subscription was started in the web browser, please make sure your request complies with our Refund Policy before letting us know the details required by the policy in an email.
The questions and explanations are prepared by the licensed experts with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Inside the app you'll find questions and explanations packed into exam-like sets, which will help you to prepare for the real exam.
