After the initial onboarding, you'll see payment options. Also, each time you'll try to access the premium content or your study plan, you will encounter the same payment screen.

From there, you can choose between 2 different options: Lifetime access (paid once) or a monthly subscription, which comes with a free 3-day trial to try our app without a charge. After you're finished preparing for the exam, you can cancel the subscription.

We propose a monthly subscription, which means that you'll be charged each month if you don't cancel the subscription. After the paid period is over, you'll lose access to the premium content, yet all your progress will be saved. You'll be able to continue from where you've stopped anytime.

If you buy lifetime access, you'll have access to the premium content forever, and the recurring charges won't apply to you.

Mapola is not processing your payments, and we don't have access to your payment information, so you don't have to contact us with such a question. Instead, please follow these steps to cancel the subscription from your phone:

2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
